SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard Shipping:

Free Shipping on order over CA$79, otherwise shipping fee is CA$9.99.

Delivery time for standard shipping is approximately 6-8 working days.

• Please expect additional 1-3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
• Due to extended customs clearance times, shipping may be delayed. Please contact customer service for assistance.
• A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out,you can also log in to SilkSilky site at any time to check the order status.

Express Shipping:

The shipping time for express delivery is approximately 3-5 working days.

Some countries and regions do not support express delivery at the moment. Please check if the express delivery option is available for your address during checkout. The express delivery fee varies depending on the address.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Every so often, there are times when extra customs or import duties are inevitable. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at services@silksilky.com.

• Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
• A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.

RESTRICTIONS

• Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).
• Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
